Welcome to the Grocery Outlet One Network Portal

Today’s retail and transportation markets demand constant innovation to remain competitive. To adapt, Grocery Outlet has initiated a streamlined transportation appointment scheduling and visibility program to improve how we do business with our supply chain partners. We strive to become a customer of choice with you and recognize that our current technological capabilities are one of the constraints to achieving that status.

With this in mind, Grocery Outlet has partnered with One Network Enterprises (“One Network”) to collect the real-time location of all scheduled inbound loads to Grocery Outlet Distribution Centers (DCs) that are captured via the carrier’s Electronic Logging Devices (ELD). To initiate this process change, all carriers, whether vendor-managed or Grocery Outlet-managed, must send ELD data to One Network.

One Network will aggregate and present all data to Grocery Outlet. Still, all asset carriers will be responsible for installing and maintaining the preferred connection that would communicate this data with One Network’s platform.

To Get Started:

  1.  Create an Account with One Network: If your organization does not have an account with ONE Network, you must first create an account with One Network by visiting https://www.onenetwork.com/register-to-join-one-network.
  2.  Select your preferred integration method: If your organization already has a ONE Network account, please make your selection below and start the process to send your ELD information.
  3. Download Carrier Registration Guide for reference.

Why provide real-time location visibility through ELD or integration?

  • Reduce the manual status updates required via phone (check calls) or emails from your shipper.
  • Reduce the data latency and improve service levels for shippers on One Network.
  • Get an enhanced view of your shipments in the One Network system.
  • Collaborate around undisputed arrival and departure times measured from real-time location data.
  • Improve driver turnaround time at distribution centers.
  • Measure shipper/consignee performance and compliance
  • Become a preferred One Network carrier and promote our enhanced partnership to earn new opportunities.

The How and Why of Real-Time Location Visibility

Shippers and their transportation provider partners often need help with disparate and duplicated tracking data across many internal and external systems, often resulting in disputed carrier performance. Sharing real-time location data (geo-location) and shipment tracking events with your customers on a centralized platform ensures improved data visibility and integrity for everyone. Sharing real-time location status with customers has always been challenging and more secure.
